Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policy
Each item is made to order and hand made by a member of the Gnar Crew team. Due to this, orders are shipped out within 5 - 7 business days from the date your order is placed.
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at hello@gnarcrew.com. We will guide you through the exchange process. Please note that the cost of return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase. After 30 days since your purchase, we can't offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and with all original tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that show signs of wear or use cannot be returned.
Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item with the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@gnarcrew.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
